It was incredibly energetic with lots of passionate dancing by both the men and the women.
It is yet another construction designed by Antoni Gaudi who also lived in the park for the last 20 years of his life.
This mosaic lizard has been replicated in many sizes and can be purchased at endless tourist shops throughout the city.
Tonight is our last night in Barcelona. We are not planning a big night as we all have to head in different directions in the morning.
For Mark it is early train to Madrid, then directly to the airport for his flight home.
Georgina will also train to Madrid though later in the day. She will then take her organised tour through southern Spain.
I am flying to Switzerland to spend 3 nights with Gianina and Christian in their home in Sottens. From there I will meet Michelle and Steve in Cork, Ireland for a week. They are heading straight to Ireland tomorrow.
Mark is a little melancholy with the idea of heading back to work. I am a bit jealous though that he will be seeing our kids very soon.
We are having a fun and varied holiday but look forward to seeing you all very soon to catch up on your news.

How sad that Mark's dream trip has now come to an end....he's waited for it for so long!! Have to plan the 60th, now Mark...what might it be?? Sounds like you have all had a fantastic time in Barcelona...what with the gorgeous buildings & mosaics, the beers & wines, & all that yummy spanish food...particularly the tapas! But as they say, all good things must come to an end....so now it's onward for some of the crew & homeward for others!! Love to all...stay safe
At last I have a computer, having lost last one on the day Georgina and Lucas left. I haven't been able to 'sight ' all your spots but have really enjoyed pics and news. M-Mary was sooo good, took me to the depot a couple of times to see pics and read.
