Hi Everyone
Due to popular demand I have set up this weblog and plan to maintain it, where possible, with our travels and adventures (mental note, must teach Mark how to 'blog' on here as well). Sometimes it can be tricky to find an internet cafe and not all of them will give me the option of uploading photos. However, I will post photos on here whenever I can.
In the past when I have done a weblog it is not always easy to know if anyone is reading it. For us the best way of letting us know is to leave us your comments. If you aren't sure how to, ask me now and I will give you 'lesson 101' in leaving comments. When we have been out of touch, to see a comment, is like receiving a postcard or alike. So please, please... leave us a note letting us know 'you are out there'!
As you can imagine we are very excited with our upcoming trip. Most of you know we are have a day and a half on the Gold Coast for my Mother's 80th birthday celebrations. We think this is a great way to start our holiday (long table Italian lunch in the garden). We then fly out of Brisbane bright and early Sunday morning and head for Tokyo.
I still feel like I have lots to organise before we leave and am grateful that we have Easter weekend to finalise all the last minute odds and ends to be done.

How hard to take the upgrade, poor old kiddos. can you try for that one again ? Just getting over The Big Weekend, a bit tired marvellous how a few aleeps can cure that. Interested to learn about Tsumago. Travel safely, God Bless
